Day 0 Welcome to Kenya! —Karibu Kenya!!
You shall arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where upon arrival, you will be welcomed and met by our representative and chauffeured to your hotel in Nairobi. Your 1 night stay at Hemingways Hotel Nairobi is on half board basis and drinks (excluding premium drinks).

Day 1: Nairobi – Meru National Park
Breakfast at Hemingways Nairobi. Check-out and transfer to Wilson Airport Nairobi, gateway to the flying safaris in Kenya. Time to board the Executive Grand Caravan. Your Safari will now take to the Air! The plane will take you to Meru National Park located in the region of Mount Kenya. The Elsa’s Kopje Team will welcome you and you will be transferred to the Lodge, where lunch will be served. You will be offered a massage for pure relaxation, or alternatively go on a game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge. Your stay at Elsa’s Kopje is for 2 nights in a Cottage Suite, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks – excluding premium drinks). Overnight at Elsa’s Kopje

Day 2: Meru National Park

Your best chance of spotting game is early in the morning or late afternoon, so rise early and head off into the wilderness. After a morning filled with excitement return to the lodge to relax and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Explore more of Meru National Park on a game drive with sundowner drinks served overlooking the park, before returning to the lodge in time for dinner.

Day 3: Meru – Laikipia
Enjoy a brisk nature walk and enjoy the views from up the hill which forms the Kopje (or small rocky outcrop) that Elsa’s is built on. Enjoy the rest of the morning at leisure before lunch will be served overlooking Meru National Park. After lunch you will board the Safari aircraft for a 40-minute flight to the Loisaba Conservancy – Laikipia. The team from Loisaba Tented Camp will warmly welcome you and take you on a game drive en-route to the camp where you will arrive in time for drinks and dinner. Your stay at Loisaba Tented Camp is for 2 nights in a Standard Tent, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks – excluding premium drinks). Subject to availability guests can spend one night at Loisaba’s Star Beds Luxury Camp.

Day 4: Laikipia
A great way to view the stunning diversity of Loisaba is on foot. You will be accompanied on your early morning walking safari by traditional Samburu guides whose knowledge of local flora, fauna, culture and history is unmatched. Return to camp for a late breakfast and a refreshing swim. Lunch will be served at camp before you set off on a game drive in search of the elusive wild dog or try and spot the rare Grevy’s zebra, Beisa Oryx or the Greater Kudu. If you prefer, try your hand at fishing in the river or visit the resident anti- poaching team with its two sniffer dogs. Sundowner drinks will be served out in the wilds of Africa whilst your chef prepares mouthwatering snacks live on the BBQ. Arrive back at the camp for a Dinner Under The Stars. Overnight at Loisaba Star Beds Luxury Camp.

Day 5: Laikipia Wildlife Conservancy – Masai Mara

After a restful night’s sleep another day full of activities awaits. Your guide will take you on a game drive; the adventurous can explore Loisaba on camel-back (optional). A full breakfast is laid out in the bush before you return to camp. After lunch you will be transferred to the Loisaba airstrip for your Safari flight to the world renowned Masai Mara where the team from Sand River Masai Mara will warmly welcome you.  Enjoy a game drive en-route to this remote Camp where you will arrive in time for sundowner drinks and dinner. Your stay at Sand River Masai Mara is for 2 nights in a Luxury Safari Tent, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks – excluding premium drinks). Overnight at Sand River Masai Mara Luxury Camp.

Day 6: Masai Mara
Early breakfast followed by a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. A picnic hamper lunch will be served out in the wilds. Stop at an authentic Masai Village to interact and learn about the customs and culture of this colorful tribe. Back to the Camp for a Farewell Dinner. Overnight at Sand River Masai Mara Luxury Camp.

Day 7: Masai Mara/ Nairobi- Departure

Bush breakfast followed by game drive, back to Camp for lunch. Mid – afternoon, you will be transferred back to the Keekorok airstrip for your flight at 16:00 to Wilson Airport Nairobi. Our Representative will welcome you upon arrival. You will be chauffeured to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and hotel for a day room and dinner. After dinner transfer to the airport in time for your outbound departure flight.

*Provisional Bookings

Provisional bookings will be held as indicated below. In the event that Nature’s Wonderland Safari receives a reservation request that requires the booking being held by the AGENT on a provisional basis, make a 30% deposit within 48 hours against the space held in order to secure it.

Bookings held provisionally will be released automatically on expiry. Please note that in times of high demand we reserves the right to shorten the provisional expiry period.

* Confirmation of Booking

A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment or an email from the client, travel agent or tour operator. Please ensure the booking contains the following information:

1. Property you wish to book (specify if family tent, house, cottage, etc.)
2. Date and time of arrival and departure
3. Mode of arrival and departure (if international indicate your flight name and number if available by the time of booking.
4. Number of pax., rooming list and configuration (# of doubles, twins, singles, etc)
5. Names of clients, their ages and especially of any children in the group.
6. Any special requirements
7. Nationality of Clients

Once a confirmed booking has been received, we will ‘CONFIRM’ and an email will be sent back. On receipt, please double check details.  Any further amendments or cancellations should follow the same procedure.”

*Payment & Deposit Policy

Bookings must be secured by a 30% deposit within 48 hours upon confirmation with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings not secured by the appropriate deposit may be released without prior notification.

*Release Periods & Cancellation Policies for Confirmed Bookings

-Between the booking date & 46 days prior to arrival——-20 % cancellation charges

-Between 45 & 21 days prior to arrival————————50 % cancellation charges

-Within 20 days to date of arrival—————————–100 % cancellation charges

*Group Bookings Payment & Cancellation Policies

-25% non-refundable deposit 14 days after confirmation

-60% payments due and 60% cancellation fees apply 120 days before travel

-100% payment due and 100% cancellation fees apply 60 days before travel

*Refunds

Whilst the company uses its best endeavors to ensure that all anticipated accommodation is available as planned, there shall be no claim whatsoever against the company for a refund either in whole or a part, if any accommodation or excursion is unavailable, or the passenger was unable to use this service.

*Variation

The contractual terms mentioned in this agreement are subject to change without notice; however, every effort will be made to maintain them. In the event of a change in rates offered by Third Part Suppliers and/or a change in Government Taxes or Levies affecting the rates or terms mentioned herein, we reserve the right to pass on any increases to the client or the Agent.

Rates are inclusive of current taxes, except for Tourism Development Levy, Zanzibar Infrastructure Levy and Park Fees.
